Jaringan Diaspora Sarawak (JDS) is an NGO registered with Registrar of Societies (ROS) based in Kuala Lumpur. Through this form we would like to carry out a survey on Sarawakian residing in Klang Valley for the purpose of identifying those Sarawakian who are in need of assistance during and after the existing Movement Control Order (MCO).

The information and data will be used by JDS to organise and target the right assistance to the needful.
